Being Australian, I tend to use a combination of Australian-standard cup measures, Australian-standard tablespoon measures, grams (g), kilograms (kg), millilitres (mL) and litres (L). I also cook using Celsius and tend to use Australian/UK terminology.
I’ve put together a basic conversion chart system for those of you who are reading and baking from outside of Australia in the hope that it’ll make things a bit easier for you! Note that all conversions (other than spoon conversions) have been rounded slightly.
